Jeddah, November 8, 2024 – The Indian Consulate in Jeddah was illuminated with the spirit of Diwali as the Global Indian Organization (GIO) hosted a spectacular celebration. The event featured a vibrant array of cultural performances, including mesmerizing classical dances and captivating cinematic acts by Good Hope and Phenom Academy, showcasing the rich heritage of Indian culture.
The festivities brought together the Indian community in Jeddah, fostering a sense of unity and camaraderie. The traditional lamp lighting ceremony, ‘Deep Dan,’ set a beautiful tone, adding positivity and divine energy to the event. Key community members were recognized and honored for their outstanding contributions through the presentation of awards.
