Man dies after being struck by lightning while talking on the phone in the rain
Telangana: A farmer was killed by lightning in Satyanarayanapuram, Sathupalli mandal, Khammam district. Mahesh, a resident of the village, was grazing buffaloes and talking on the phone in the rain on Wednesday when he was struck by lightning and collapsed on the spot. He was rushed to the hospital but the doctors declared him dead. The incident has left the village in mourning.
