The short version

This site collects personal information in exactly two places: the reader list signup and the contact form. It does not set cookies and does not run analytics or advertising trackers.

Reader list

When you join the reader list, your email address is sent to [NEWSLETTER_PROVIDER_NAME], the email service that delivers the newsletter. It is used only to send release news, excerpts, and updates about future books. It is never sold or shared for advertising.

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from the list immediately.

Contact form

When you use the contact form, the name, email address, and message you enter are delivered by a form-processing service to the author's inbox so your message can be answered. They are not used for marketing and are not added to the reader list.

Removal

To have your information deleted, email [AUTHOR_CONTACT_EMAIL] and it will be removed from both the mailing list and any stored correspondence.
